The role of the Project Manager Industrial Flooring will involve:

Project Manager position producing overseeing a range of high quality industrial flooring projects

  • Predominantly a site based role overseeing the day to day running of the site and providing clear direction to all site staff
  • Liaising with main client, installers, suppliers, and other external and internal stakeholders
  • Collating RAMS & H&S documentation
  • Preparing work tasks for the installation team and strategic planning of works
  • Ordering materials to site and processing purchase orders
  • Monitoring each stage of the project ensuring resources are productive and the delivery schedule is being met within budget
  • Managing circa £1m in project value at any one time

The ideal applicant will be Project Manager Industrial Flooring with:

Must have on site working experience within the construction experience

Would consider management, supervisor or off the tools backgrounds

Ideally from an industrial flooring background dealing with resin flooring products, polyurethane resin flooring, hygienic flooring, safety flooring background

IT literate (Microsoft Office)

Ideally SMSTS / SSSTS qualified

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Full UK driving license

Driven, ambitious, self-motivated and a positive attitude

Capable of working in a fast paced environment
