We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team immediately. This role involves working across Key Stages 2, 3, and 4, providing essential support to students and helping to foster a positive and effective learning environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide tailored support to students across KS2, KS3, and KS4, ensuring their educational and personal development needs are met.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of classroom activities under the guidance of the lead teacher.
  • Support students with special educational needs in a classroom setting, during activities, and on school trips.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required.
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment for all students.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other educational staff to implement learning plans and strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar role within an educational setting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the educational needs of children across KS2, KS3, and KS4.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • A proactive approach and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential.
  • Enhanced DBS check will be required.
