We are currently working with an education provider in the beautiful Lake District area who are looking for an Electrical Engineering & Instrumentation Assessor to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The position would consist of 37 hours of work per week, and you would be mostly based at an engineering workplace in Cumbria where you would vocationally assess and mentor learners on their Electrical Engineering and Instrumentation skills (up to level 3).

The starting salary would be up to39,800 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience), and you would also get a business mileage payment, pension (3% employee/5% employer) in addition to a holiday allocation of 25 days (plus 8 days for Bank Holidays). Relocators would be considered, and there would also be a discretionary relocation package of up to 2,500 to cover property deposit, moving costs, etc.

To apply for the role, you MUST have:
-a level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification
-good knowledge and experience of Electrical Engineering & Instrumentation
-a passion for passing on your knowledge

While the education provider are ideally looking for someone who has an assessor qualification, they would be more than happy to fully fund the right candidate through one on the job if you don't already have one.
