We are working with an MSP who are supporting a key government account in West Cumbria.

Together, we are recruiting for a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer on a permanent basis to operate on site on a four 12.5 hour shifts on six days off schedule.

The successful candidate will be expected to investigate technical issues, run diagnostics, and interpret manufacturers management tools to determine root cause and resolve technical problems. They will also be acting as 4th line of support.

Candidates must be experienced in the following:

- Desktop Support: Laptop, Desktop, Printer, MS Office 2016, Windows 10- Datacentre: Switches, routers, storage, firewalls, SQL server 2014/16- Security: McAfee Suite, Bitdefender, Cisco Tripwire- Administration: ServiceNow, SQL Management Studio, CA suite

Non - technical qualifications:

- Must have SC level clearance or higher- Must be able to commute to West Cumbria- Must have excellent communication skills
