Our clients office is set in the beautiful and historic seaside town of Seaton, Devon. An accounting firm of highly skilled and experienced professionals who are working with Jobseekers Recruitment Services and are looking for a Trainee Accounts Assistant to join their very friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking for a progressive role. Would you like to join a friendly, supportive accountancy firm which supports small to medium sized businesses with their accounting? They would like to recruit a Trainee Accounts Assistant with a good academic record and strong work ethic. You will be trained in general bookkeeping, preparing accounts to trial balance and preparing VAT Returns for a broad range of small to medium sized businesses. The majority of your work will be carried out using Microsoft Excel, Sage, Xero and QuickBooks. About you:
- To be considered for this position, you must:
- Have a minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at grades 6-9
- Be prepared to work / study full-time
- Be able to commute to Seaton for work
- Demonstrate a desire to build a career in accountancy

Whats on offer:Salary from GBP14,000 - GBP19,000 + benefits 100% site based The firm will support you through your AAT studies, by providing funding and study leave. Studies are carried out remotely on a day release basis at one day per week.
