We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a multi-disciplined manufacturing team based in Sedgefield.

The ideal candidate will oversee a team of 25+ employees (including agency workers), ensuring the smooth running of production, meeting health and safety standards, quality control, and operational KPIs.

Role & Responsibilities

• Managing shift operations
• Monitoring staff attenadnace, performance, and conducting regular reviews
• Implementing improvements to enhance productivirry
• Provide reports on performance down time and output

Knowledge & Experience

• Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership skills
• ILM Level 3/5 is highly desirable
