Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the early year's foundation stage (EYFS) and contribute to the planning and delivery of a high-quality early years curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and implementation of EYFS curriculum activities.
Support individual and group learning activities.
- Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEND).
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and carers.
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
Requirements:
Prior experience with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Early Years qualification or a minimum of 3 months of relevant experience.
Phonics experience is a preference.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Passionate about early childhood education and development.
