Internal Sales Executive

Salary: £23k -£25k + up to 8k OTE bonus

If you are passionate about building lasting relationships, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our client is looking for Internal Sales Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role:

Some of your responsibilities as an Internal Sales Executive are listed below:

  • Enhance and nurture relationship with existing clients, helping to expand business opportunities.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Schedule client meetings whenever possible to foster and strengthen relationships.
  • Prepare and calculate freight quotes and tender documents.
  • Ensure quotes are submitted promptly and effectively followed up to maximise conversion rates.

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service (experience in freight forwarding or export sales is a bonus, but not essential.
  • Positive, engaging personality with a solution oriented approach.
  • Customer oriented mindset with a problem solving attitude.
  • Track record of successfully calculation quotes and managing tender submissions.
  • Confident in negotiating.
  • Excellent communicator with natural ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and able to stay calm under pressure.
  • Good IT skills.
