Pay Rate: £26 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-Time)
Contract Length: 3 months (with the possibility of extension)
Working Pattern: Opportunity for hybrid working

Are you an experienced Community Mental Health Practitioner looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a motivated Band 6 practitioner to join our team in Selby.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality mental health care within the community, supporting individuals with complex mental health needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, create care plans, and provide therapeutic interventions.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant legislation.
• Provide support and guidance to patients, families, and carers, promoting recovery and independence.

Requirements:

• Essential: Previous experience in community mental health settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
