Salary: Up to £48k, DOE + Benefits

Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage cash flow, financial planning, and risk management processes.
- Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Support senior management with financial insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and continuously seek improvements in financial processes and systems.
Key Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- ACCA, CIMA, ICAS qualified, or part-qualified with the ability and willingness to complete your qualification.
- Part-qualified candidates demonstrating a commitment to completing their qualification will be considered.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, with particular expertise in Excel.
- Proficiency in Sage 50 or similar finance applications.
