Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage cash flow, financial planning, and risk management processes.
  • Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Support senior management with financial insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and continuously seek improvements in financial processes and systems.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
    • ACCA, CIMA, ICAS qualified, or part-qualified with the ability and willingness to complete your qualification.
    • Part-qualified candidates demonstrating a commitment to completing their qualification will be considered.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, with particular expertise in Excel.
    • Proficiency in Sage 50 or similar finance applications.
