Description
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Manage petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Help in the reconciliation of bank statements
- Prepare and process invoices for payment
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Work collaboratively with the Accounting & Finance team to meet department goals
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Manage and update financial data in the company's software systems
Profile
A successful 'Finance Assistant' should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in using financial software systems
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
