Description
Management Accountant duties include;
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packs.
- Journal entries for month and year end accounts
- Monitoring cash balances and updating the daily cash flow
- Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Financial Reporting for Commercial teams
- Production of Weekly Commercial reports
- Partnering with Departments and budget holders monthly to review costs vs budget
- Production of Weekly Commercial reports
Profile
The successful Management Accountant should have:
- A formal qualification is preferred (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Management accounting experience
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A highly organised approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
