What you’ll be doing:

Lead client engagements with finesse, ensuring top-notch service delivery and client satisfaction.
Managing and utilising other team members to deliver client work.
Client onboarding.
Technology expert, helping to train others in the team and clients.
Provide strategic guidance and specialised solutions to clients operating in niche industries.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in their financial journey.
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing all accounting and financial aspects.
Collaborate closely with team members to exceed client expectations and drive mutual success.

What you’ll need to have:

Qualified or qualified by experience accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with a proven track record.
Good knowledge of FRS 102 and 1a
IRIS, Xero, Excel preferable but not essential.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in client management within a chartered accountancy firm.
Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency in relevant software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
