What you’ll be doing:
  • Lead client engagements with finesse, ensuring top-notch service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Managing and utilising other team members to deliver client work.
  • Client onboarding.
  • Technology expert, helping to train others in the team and clients.
  • Provide strategic guidance and specialised solutions to clients operating in niche industries.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in their financial journey.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing all accounting and financial aspects.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to exceed client expectations and drive mutual success.
What you’ll need to have:
  • Qualified or qualified by experience accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with a proven track record.
  • Good knowledge of FRS 102 and 1a
  • IRIS, Xero, Excel preferable but not essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in client management within a chartered accountancy firm.
  • Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency in relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
