Kenneth Brian Associates are currently recruiting for an exciting business based in Sevenoaks who are on the search for an Accounts Assistant.

Duties and Responsibilities will Include:

Performing bank reconciliations, credit control, and process expense claims.
Reconciling company credit cards and process VAT returns.
Running all CIS Payments
Ensure timely invoicing and submission to client portals.
Management of suppliers and ensuring timely payment of invoices
Reverse VAT Charges
Ensure timely invoicing and follow ups
General adhoc tasks

To be successful you'll possess:

CIS experience is a must
Experience with Xero
Confident in using Microsoft Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communicator, both in person and on the phone.
Quick learner and eager to take on new challenges.
