Our school are seeking a proactive and energetic Site Team Member to assist the Site Manager in maintaining a safe, clean, and presentable environment for the school. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both team settings and independent work, ensuring high standards are upheld throughout the school premises.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist in the general upkeep of the school premises, ensuring all areas are safe and well-maintained.
  • Work closely with the Site Manager to implement maintenance and cleanliness standards across the school.
  • Perform a variety of maintenance tasks independently, following training on specific systems and internal processes.
  • Participate in the wider Site team activities, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
  • Occasionally drive to perform out-of-hours tasks, with overtime compensation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proactive and energetic nature, with a strong ability to work independently.
  • Good teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with the wider Site team.
  • General maintenance experience is preferable but not essential.
  • Full training will be provided for systems and internal processes.
  • Driving capability is preferred to meet occasional out-of-hours work requirements.
