We are recruiting for an experienced Paraplanner to join a progressive and client-first business based in Sevenoaks, Kent, with the flexibility of hybrid working. What we’re looking for:

• Proven Experience: You’ll have a strong track record in a senior paraplanning or technical role within an advisory practice.
• Qualifications: At least Level 4 diploma qualified, with a desire to work towards your Chartered status.
• Comprehensive Knowledge: You’ll be confident in key areas of financial planning such as pensions (including pension sharing orders), investments, IHT and estate planning, as well as personal and business protection.
• Technical Expertise: You’ll have the ability to interpret cash flow forecasts and summarise complex planning into clear, concise reports.
• Client-Facing Experience: Comfortable participating in client meetings with advisers, providing technical support and advice.
• Software Proficiency: You’ll be confident using FE Analytics and Voyant software, with excellent Word and Excel skills.
• Communication: As an excellent communicator (both verbal and written), you’ll confidently liaise with advisers, clients, and team members.
