We are very pleased to be working with a Kent based, well established Buy To Let lender currently, on their search for a Case Manager to join the growing team.

We are looking for proactive, efficient individuals who can confidently liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Act as the first 'port of call’ with any queries on all mortgage applications
  • Ensure we are giving timely, accurate and appropriate responses to telephone calls/enquiries
  • Liaise with the Line Manager, escalating any specific problems
  • Liaise with the underwriting team
  • Work within procedures and agreed SLAs.
  • Input, update and maintains data onto the system accurately reflecting the current stage of each case
  • Dealing with any legal queries or documentation relating to each application
  • Manage the diary system to monitor applications and deal with any relevant tasks.
  • Obtain updates on the mortgage applications to ensure that they are progressing smoothly from offer to completion.
