Our client is looking to recruit a Structural Engineer with a passion for heritage and conservation work and refurbishment projects to help with their expanding portfolio within the Heritage team. The company based in Sevenoaks are consulting civil and structural engineers.

The successful candidate will be an experienced structural engineer (nearing Chartered status) with a very strong interest in heritage and conservation. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, an ability to monitor and manage their workload and liaise with clients and contractors. Experience of heritage and conservation projects is essential along with good sketching abilities. The position offers excellent career opportunities within the practice and the wider conservation community. The candidate will be encouraged and supported to pursue Chartered status and eventual CARE accreditation.

The role will be based at their Sevenoaks office although a proportion of time will be making site visits and inspections.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience
