Territory Sales Manager

FM Conway is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our fast-growing Aggregates and Asphalt Division. As our Territory Sales Manager you will help drive sales revenue growth while nurturing customer relationships for the A&A division. This is a full-time position based from our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent.

The duties of the Territory Sales Manager role will include:

- Pricing and providing quotations for the supply of asphalt and aggregates to external customers

- Managing an agreed list of customer accounts from initial quotation to invoice payment, working alongside the credit control team ensuring that our credit terms are always adhered to and any invoice queries dealt in a timely manner

- Actively developing and growing relationships with existing portfolio of customers

- Building and maintaining relationships with all relevant teams within A&A, to ensure the business operates effectively and efficiently to meet divisional targets

- Actively contributing to commercial group discussions, completing weekly market reporting, monthly forecasting and managing pipeline

- Managing your own personal diary to include regular strategic customer or site meetings

- Attending internal meetings and operational site visits

What skills and experience do you need?

To be considered for the Territory Sales Manager role you must have previous sales experience ideally from either an aggregates or construction background. You will have a strong customer focus, with a solid understanding of the cradle-to-grave sales process and be commercially aware. This role will involve travel to other FM Conway and customer locations, and therefore the successful applicant must be able to drive and possess a full UK driving licence.
