Looking for a close-knit, supportive team with great benefits, where your hard work will be valued and acknowledged?This is an excellent chance for a seasoned finance expert to play a key role in the daily financial tasks of a growing, specialised team!Working closely with and receiving direction from the Finance Director, your main duties will include:

Handling invoicing, with responsibility for the Sales Ledger.
Managing the Purchase Ledger.
Addressing phone calls and resolving queries.
Assisting in coordinating engineer appointments and surveys.
Processing payments.
Performing bank reconciliations.
Reviewing engineers' credit card expenses, verifying against Sage, and ensuring all receipts are accounted for.
Completing monthly maintenance tasks.

About you:

Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
Experience managing invoicing processes.
Competent with IT systems; knowledge of Sage 50 is an advantage.
