- Handling invoicing, with responsibility for the Sales Ledger.
- Managing the Purchase Ledger.
- Addressing phone calls and resolving queries.
- Assisting in coordinating engineer appointments and surveys.
- Processing payments.
- Performing bank reconciliations.
- Reviewing engineers' credit card expenses, verifying against Sage, and ensuring all receipts are accounted for.
- Completing monthly maintenance tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
- Experience managing invoicing processes.
- Competent with IT systems; knowledge of Sage 50 is an advantage.
