  • Lead and inspire a small finance team, ensuring smooth operations in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Manage CIS submissions and build strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure timely payments and resolve any queries.
  • Develop and implement financial policies that support the businesses growth while maintaining compliance and best practices.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
Desirable Skills:
  • Proven experience as a finance manager, ideally within the construction or contracting sectors.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a small team.
  • A keen eye for detail and solid analytical abilities.
  • A relevant professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is a bonus, but hands-on experience is equally valued.
