Lead and inspire a small finance team, ensuring smooth operations in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Manage CIS submissions and build strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure timely payments and resolve any queries.
Develop and implement financial policies that support the businesses growth while maintaining compliance and best practices.
Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
Prepare year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.

Desirable Skills:

Proven experience as a finance manager, ideally within the construction or contracting sectors.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a small team.
A keen eye for detail and solid analytical abilities.
A relevant professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is a bonus, but hands-on experience is equally valued.
