We are seeking a confident SEN qualified practitioner to provide support and tuition to learners with recognised learning difficulties or disabilities. This role is essential in preparing learners for national and local exams, assessments, and equipping them with the necessary social skills and behaviours for success in employment or higher education.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide tailored support and tuition to individual learners or groups with learning difficulties or disabilities.
  • Ensure learners gain appropriate skills in preparation for exams and assessments.
  • Foster social skills and behaviours necessary for success in further education or employment.
  • Utilise specialist knowledge to enhance the learning experience of SEN students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Hold or be working towards Level 3 specialist SEN qualifications or equivalent.
  • Hold or be working towards a full teaching qualification.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire learners.
  • Exceptional organisational skills combined with proficient IT and sound administration skills.
