Location: SevenoaksSalary: £11.90 per hour (weekdays), £12.40 per hour (weekends)Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Days or Nights Available)Shift Times: 7am to 8pm / 8pm to 7am

About the Role:As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents, supporting them with their daily needs in a kind and respectful manner. You will help create a safe and nurturing environment where residents feel valued and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing personal care, support, and companionship to residents
- Assisting with daily activities, including dressing, washing, and meal assistance
- Supporting residents with dementia in maintaining their independence and dignity
- Working closely with the nursing team to deliver care plans
- Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues
- A compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Previous experience in a care or dementia setting is a plus, but not essential
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and commitment to delivering high-quality care
