A Kent-based law firm is expanding its Private Client team and is looking for an experienced Fee Earning Private Client Paralegal or a newly qualified Private Client Solicitor.
Candidates should have at least 6 months of experience in Private Client work and possess strong drafting and client communication skills.
The role involves managing a varied case load including wills, probate, LPAs, and tax and estate planning.
The successful candidate will receive excellent support, mentoring, and opportunities for professional development, including salary reviews and potential bonuses.

A well established Kent-based law firm are currently expanding their successful and thriving Private Client team, and are seeking an experience Fee Earning Private Client Paralegal or newly qualified Private Client Solicitor. The successful Private Client Lawyer will receive outstanding support and guidance from experienced Solicitors within the team, allowing you to reach your full potential.The successful Private Client Paralegal or Solicitor will be responsible for a varied case load (at a level akin to experience) to include:

Wills
Probate
LPAs
Some deputyship work
Tax and estate planning

The successful Private Client Paralegal or Solicitor will have experience of advising clients from initial client meetings to conclusion, and must have the following background/skills:

At least 6 months experience in Private Client in a fee earning capacity (or a 6 month seat during your training contract if a current Trainee Solicitor)
Drafting experience
Excellent client skills - interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
A genuine interest in developing professional relationships with colleagues and clients
Be commercially aware
Ideally an interest in being involved in business development activities (e.g. networking, drafting relevant website content etc.)
