The successful Private Client Paralegal or Solicitor will be responsible for a varied case load (at a level akin to experience) to include:
- Wills
- Probate
- LPAs
- Some deputyship work
- Tax and estate planning
- At least 6 months experience in Private Client in a fee earning capacity (or a 6 month seat during your training contract if a current Trainee Solicitor)
- Drafting experience
- Excellent client skills - interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- A genuine interest in developing professional relationships with colleagues and clients
- Be commercially aware
- Ideally an interest in being involved in business development activities (e.g. networking, drafting relevant website content etc.)
