  • Liaising with clients and managing communications
  • Preparing legal paperwork and transcribing dictation
  • Overseeing the opening and closing of case files
  • Keeping the Case Management system updated
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating diaries
  • Scanning and organising electronic records
  • Providing general administrative support
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within Commercial Property
  • Strong understanding of leases and associated documentation
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • High accuracy in typing and transcription
  • Well-developed organisational skills with a proactive mindset
  • Capable of handling a varied and fast-paced workload with confidence
