- Provide comprehensive administrative support to fee earners, managing files from inception to completion.
- Handle significant volumes of typing and audio transcription tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
- Draft letters, contracts, and various legal documents with meticulous attention to detail.
- Conduct property searches and manage related duties based on prior experience.
- Assist with team typing tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Experience in commercial real estate or residential property matters is preferred.
- Able to work independently and manage a busy workload.
