Are you a Property Paralegal looking to join a thriving regional law firm?

Our Property team is dynamic and the fastest growing within the firm. We have 6 team members across 2 offices servicing our clients’ needs across all aspects of transactional property matters, both residential and commercial. We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and forward-thinking Paralegal to come and join our growing team on a full-time permanent basis in Felixstowe. We are seeing impressive growth, and we now need extra resource to take forward our ambitious plans for the future.

You will cover a broad range of work across the Residential and Commercial Property team contributing both in their own right and providing assistance to the entire team.

The position will involve work under supervision on a broad range of matters. You will be given early responsibilities with the opportunity, dependent on experience, to manage your own small caseload.

Your main accountabilities will be:

  • To provide support to the fee earners in the team and assist in the work of the department
  • Running files
  • Supporting the fee earners and team
  • Interacting directly with clients and managing their expectations
  • Provide an efficient and friendly service to clients

We are seeking a Paralegal who has gained experience within Residential and/or Commercial Property. You will need to have strong attention to detail skills to produce work/documentation which is consistently of a high standard. You will have a flexible approach to work to ensure client deadlines are always met and clients are communicated with on a consistent and regular basis.
