Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, Sevenoaks - £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal looking for a dynamic and supportive firm where you can develop your career? This highly regarded, multi-office law firm is seeking a personable and proactive paralegal to join its busy property team.
The Role:
Supporting a fee earner in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for a variety of residential conveyancing tasks, including:
• Onboarding new clients and managing initial correspondence• Drafting and sending letters of instruction• Preparing and issuing draft contract packs• Drafting AP1s and TR1s• Requesting and reviewing property searches• Handling Land Registry and SDLT submissions• Chasing outstanding enquiries and ensuring smooth transaction progress• Preparing and sending requisition statements
About You:
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
• At least 12 months of experience in residential conveyancing• Knowledge of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and remortgages• Experience using a case management system• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills• The ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
