About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated Nurse to provide exceptional care to residents in our medium-sized care home in Borough Green, Kent. Youll be part of a committed team delivering residential, nursing, and dementia care.
Position Details:
- Location: Borough Green, Kent
- Hours: 24-36 per week (weekend shifts included)
- Rate: £22 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support for our residents
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records
- Stay updated on clinical practices and ensure resident safety
- Support residents needs through an electronic care system
- Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate caring values in all aspects of practice
What Were Looking For:
- Valid NMC pin and prior nursing experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, with a genuine passion for caring for others
- Ability to prioritize tasks and engage well with residents
