About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated Nurse to provide exceptional care to residents in our medium-sized care home in Borough Green, Kent. Youll be part of a committed team delivering residential, nursing, and dementia care.

Position Details:

  • Hours: 24-36 per week (weekend shifts included)
  • Rate: £22 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support for our residents
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records
  • Stay updated on clinical practices and ensure resident safety
  • Support residents needs through an electronic care system
  • Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate caring values in all aspects of practice

What Were Looking For:

  • Valid NMC pin and prior nursing experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Compassionate, with a genuine passion for caring for others
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and engage well with residents
