The Role of the Boiler & Heat Pump Support Engineer:
- Office based role near Sevenoaks with occasional sites visits once or twice per month
- A hands-off role utilising your existing heating experience.
- Providing support and data to 15 sales professional, 25 installers (plus sub-contractors), and 6 in the product development team
- Recommending heating systems based on parameters such as size, usage, and capability for new build and retrofit purposes.
- Dealing with installation queries for domestic and small commercial systems
- Mon - Friday role, ~ 40 hours per week
The Candidate for the Boiler & Heat Pump Support Engineer:
- Experienced with a range of domestic heating systems; Boilers, Heat Pumps, Hybrid
- Strong communications skills
- Seeking a more 'Hands-off' position
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
- Happy to commute daily to office near Sevenoaks
- Able to work in the UK without restrictions.
The Package for the Boiler & Heat Pump Support Engineer:
- £40,000 - £50,000 Basic Salary
- 5% Personal Bonus, 5% Company bonus
- Overtime available
- Company car
- 25 days holiday + stats/bank holidays
