- Account Oversight: Cultivate and expand relationships with both internal and external clients across the Italian and European markets.
- Sales & Promotion: Market and sell products, concentrating on showrooms and distributors. Recognise chances for cross-selling and upselling.
- Revenue Growth and Profit Maximization: Align with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) by acting as the principal account manager.
- New Product Introduction: Present and articulate new product lines to clients, using persuasion to boost sales.
- Client Relationship Development: Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to create customised solutions that enhance sales and client satisfaction.
- Data Analysis & Technical Support: Evaluate performance metrics, manage technical inquiries, and ensure clients are well-informed about product advantages.
- Innovation & Process Enhancement: Introduce new ideas and challenge existing procedures to improve sales strategies and achieve results.
- Proficiency in Italian (native or advanced level).
- Demonstrable experience of at least 3-5 years in Account Management, Sales, and Client Relations.
- Strong project and account management capabilities, able to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- A motivated and creative thinker with the capacity to question existing processes and discover new avenues for success.
- Excellent and flexible communicator, at ease engaging with Italian clients and stakeholders at various levels.
- Quick to learn and capable of grasping and understanding technical concepts.
- Availability to travel to offices in the Midlands and Essex once a month, along with occasional international trips.
- £50-60k base salary (with up to 20% bonus potential).
