Senior Administrator/Office Manager, Sevenoaks - £Nego

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Administrator/Office Manager to join a dynamic and growing team. This role is diverse and requires a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency.• Developing and managing administrative processes to improve workflow.• Preparing and managing quotes with accuracy.• Using and maintaining CRM systems, with a willingness to learn new software.• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and accountants, providing exceptional support.• Handling office management tasks, including liaising with landlords and management companies, overseeing office maintenance, supplies, and equipment.• Maintaining the office asset register and ensuring compliance with office policies.

About You:

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.• Strong administrative and communication skills.• Ability to develop and implement new processes efficiently.• Confident in engaging with clients and external stakeholders.• Experience with CRM systems (or willingness to learn).• Some accounts experience is beneficial but not essential.• A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
