Position: Senior Office Administrator - Gas Servicing and BreakdownsLocation: Borough Green, SevenoaksHours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

My client is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their busy Gas Servicing and Breakdowns department in Borough Green, Sevenoaks. The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling Gas Servicing Appointments with residents by phone.
  • Managing compliance with Annual Landlord Gas Safety Checks.
  • Preparing client reports and producing monthly invoices.
  • Assigning tasks to engineers and maintaining their schedules/calendars.
  • Accurately recording key dates and correspondence in servicing databases
  • Handling calls from residents regarding boiler breakdowns and coordinating repairs with engineers.
  • Analysing data exports and identifying trends or issues.
  • Assessing servicing software and systems to recommend improvements.

Working Hours:

  • 35 hours per week with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
  • Rotating shifts to ensure phone coverage during core office hours (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM):
  • 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong IT and office administration skills.
  • Excellent telephone and communication abilities.
  • High levels of customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
