On behalf of out client, we're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist to join their School Office Team at their respected school in Sevenoaks. As the first point of contact for visitors and calls, you will provide a warm, professional reception service, support administrative tasks, and play an active role in promoting a safe and welcoming school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact, managing visitor sign-ins and upholding safeguarding protocols.
  • Handle incoming calls and general enquiries via phone and email, redirecting as necessary.
  • Manage various administrative tasks, including filing, organising post, and supporting event coordination.
  • Assist with attendance tracking, produce certificates, and support the coordination of school trips.
  • Provide basic first aid (training will be provided) and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

About You: The ideal candidate will be organised, communicative, and skilled in Microsoft Office applications. Prior experience in an administrative role is essential, with previous school-based experience or familiarity with Bromcom considered an advantage. We seek someone who can work independently, multitask effectively, and contribute positively to a team setting.
