I am currently recruiting for a rapidly growing, highly ambitious and expanding, nationally award-winning pub & hotel group looking for a talented and experienced General Manager to run their quality all fresh food 100cv gastropub with 7 rooms in the stunning South Wiltshire countryside within easy commute from Salisbury, East Dorset, East Somerset, Bournemouth and Southampton.

The successful General Manager or Operations Manager will have good experience for 2yrs+ running and driving restaurant or hotel teams, stock and ideally some rooms inventory management, staff training and development and succession planning.
