We are delighted to partner with an exciting Food Manufacturing business in the Cheshire area to recruit a Production Supervisor.
As a Production Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include leading, motivating, and developing your team. This role is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills and contribute significantly to a continually growing business. We are interested in candidates with various levels of leadership experiencewith a background FMCG manufacturing, who are eager to progress in their careers.
You will lead a team of up to 8 employees, fostering a strong safety culture, ensuring high standards of quality, and developing the existing team. The successful candidate will have proven experience in leading teams within a FMCG manufacturing environment, strong leadership and motivational skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
