Reed Business Support are supporting a leading financial services organisation based in Sheffield, dedicated to providing exceptional financial solutions to their clients. They are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial services sector and be proficient in using IRIS systems or Sage. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the financial services team.
- Manage client records and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and documents.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain and update the IRIS or Sage systems.
- Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in IRIS systems or Sage.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
