Administrator/Coordinator (Fluent in Mandarin) - Sheffield

Are you a highly organised and methodical individual with fluent Mandarin written and verbal skills? Join a leading Project Engineering company in Sheffield with strong ties to their head office in China. We're looking for an Administrator/Coordinator who will play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The Role:

  • Enter project data onto our centralised system to support smooth project coordination. Full training on the system will be provided.
  • Assist the Office Manager with a variety of tasks including:
    • Meeting and greeting visitors
    • Ordering stationery and supplies
    • Arranging refreshments and meeting rooms
    • Answering phones and general office administration
    • Confidently communicate over the phone and face-to-face with internal teams and clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work confidently both independently and in a team.
