Administrator/Coordinator (Fluent in Mandarin) - Sheffield
Are you a highly organised and methodical individual with fluent Mandarin written and verbal skills? Join a leading Project Engineering company in Sheffield with strong ties to their head office in China. We're looking for an Administrator/Coordinator who will play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
The Role:
- Enter project data onto our centralised system to support smooth project coordination. Full training on the system will be provided.
- Assist the Office Manager with a variety of tasks including:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Ordering stationery and supplies
- Arranging refreshments and meeting rooms
- Answering phones and general office administration
- Confidently communicate over the phone and face-to-face with internal teams and clients.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work confidently both independently and in a team.

- Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 5pm
- Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
