Are you a detail-oriented, process-driven individual with excellent organisational skills? We have a vacancy for a Temporary Administrator to join our client for a 3 month period to help with workload, to start immediately.

We are seeking a Temporary Administrator to support the team in delivering high-quality administrative services to both the legal and health & safety departments. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly accurate and efficient professional to join a dynamic environment and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow strict process guidelines to ensure accuracy and compliance in all admin support tasks.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Use Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as SharePoint.
  • Handle correspondence and respond to internal and external queries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, file management, and meeting coordination.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

About You:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, with a proven ability to work to strict processes and deadlines.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Immediate availability to start and commit to the temporary role.
