Salary: £48,401.60 - £53,996.80 pa (£23.27 - £25.96/hr)
** Based on an average 40 hours per week**

The Role:
- Conduct high-quality and child-centred assessments
- Supporting families experiencing a range of complex difficulties
- Write comprehensive and evidence-based reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources
- Support children and their families to achieve positive outcomes
- Having a responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
Our Ideal Candidate will :
- Be a qualified Social Worker and registered with Social Work England
Have experience and be passionate about working with children and their families and want to make a positive difference.
- Be capable of accurate reporting and have the confidence to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
- Be able to organise your daily workload independently and prioritise competing demands with support.
- Be able to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, acting professionally, respectfully and tactfully when dealing with areas of sensitivity and potential conflict or disagreement.
- Have a genuine desire to improve lives and promote self-esteem
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and empathy
- Be resilient and able to stay calm under pressure
- Knowledgeable about relevant legislation and social theory
- Work as part of a team - bringing energy and enthusiasm to the role
- Be willing to learn and go the extra mile
