CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE:
Closely collaborating with internal teams to deliver customised solutions for our clients, the Client Account Manager will also identify new opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and grow our business. You will offer strategic insights to clients, enhance client satisfaction and maintain strong account retention levels.
KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
- Building / nurturing B2B relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Data-savvy with ability to analyse key metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Ability to collaborate across multiple business functions
- Understanding of the technology / broadband / telecoms industry
