Pre-Construction Manager

Role overview:

As the Pre-Construction Manager, you will work within the Building Solutions team, supporting and reporting into the Senior Pre-Construction Manager to help deliver the Pre-Construction services. You will provide leadership and guidance whilst managing and leading the teams at the bid stage, and during all Pre-Construction activities.

Typical projects will be up to the value of 10-15m, across a mixture of construction and refurbishment schemes over several frameworks.

Your day to day will look like:

• You will manage and coordinate all Pre-Construction activities
• Managing the Pre-Construction process from tender issue through to handover to the operational team
• You will work with the members of the Pre-Construction team to ensure milestones are successfully completed in the Pre-Construction process
• You will attend site visits to view the project during the Pre-Construction stage and engage with the designers and supply chain partners as necessary to inform the detailed design and pricing process

Requirements for the role:

• Degree qualified in construction or engineering
• Previous Pre-Construction experience on projects up to 15m
• A proven record of successful project delivery
• The ability to maintain relationships with clients, customers, and suppliers
• CSCS Card
• Full UK Drivers Licence
