As Billing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring accurate revenue reporting and smooth billing operations across the business. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing data to maintain compliance in invoicing, credit notes, and refunds
- Assisting UK and European users in invoice creation and troubleshooting
- Handling monthly and transactional reconciliations, resolving discrepancies between systems
- Investigating and resolving billing system issues to optimise efficiency
Key Skills & Experience required:
- A strong background in operational billing and revenue assurance / experience within an Accounts Receivable position
- Proven ability to analyse and interpret large datasets
- Familiarity with ERP systems (desirable but not essential)
