Your new companyYour new company are a leader in their field based in Sheffield centre and are looking for a Purchase Ledger assistant to join their team on a temporary basis until February 2025. 2 month temporary roleASAP START £24,000-£26,000Your new roleIn this role, you will be responsible for processing purchase ledger invoices for all Group companies and handling ad-hoc purchase ledger queries under the supervision of the Purchase Ledger Coordinator. You will maintain the suspense accounts, ensuring timely authorisation of invoices, and manage the filing of invoices and matching with purchase orders. Additionally, you will need to liaise with suppliers for account reconciliations, collate company card statements and receipts, and monitor accounts emails to ensure all messages are appropriately addressed.
