Job Description:

This exciting Sales Person role combines two key responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Coordination:

  • Work with colleagues and engage directly with clients.

  • Understand client needs and translate them into actionable briefs for our external creative partners.

  • Handle client interactions (email, telephone, Teams, in-person), sales administration, and client account organization.

Sales of Branded Merchandise:

  • Manage client interactions (email, telephone, Teams, in-person) and sales administration.

  • Develop and expand a client list of previous enquirers and orders.

  • Conduct cold calling to attract new business as a proactive Sales Person.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Sales Person, you will:

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).

  • Have excellent communication skills.

  • Possess strong organizational skills.

  • Demonstrate effective time-management.

  • Be adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

  • Have attention to detail.

  • Embrace new challenges daily.

  • Be comfortable with outbound and cold calling as a Sales Person.

  • Exhibit copywriting skills.
