Are you a passionate and experienced business development specialist, seeking a new challenge within the mortgage space?
Our client offers mortgages and savings to the market, providing a first-class customer service and operate more within a 'niche’ space in the mortgage world. They are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team, to cover anywhere North East of the Sheffield area and upwards.
Duties will include:
- To proactively develop introduced mortgage business from a defined geographic area in line with the overall intermediary mortgage plan.
- To develop, regularly review and update a business plan for your defined geographical area, aiming to achieve agreed business mix.
- The business plan and contact strategy should be developed in conjunction with the intermediary telephone business development managers and other relevant internal stake holders.
To be considered for this role, the successful applicant will have experience and skills in business development/relationship management within mortgages. Due to the nature of the position, you will hold a full UK driving licence and be located within the desired patch (North East).
Our client would prefer this individual to be fully CeMap qualified, or to be working towards this qualification.
