Facilities and Office Coordinator - £26k per annumSheffield City CentreTemporary Ongoing 8 - 10 weeks initiallyElevation Recruitment are working with a client based in Sheffield City Centre to recruit for a Facilities and Office Coordinator on a temporary basis whilst they recruit for a longer term permanent cover.Main duties will include:
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the building meets the compliance standards.
- General cleanliness/tidiness of the office space
- Acting as a point of contact between staff and the building manager if any facilities issues arise
- Organising contractors to come into the office for maintenance repairs and updates
- Organising deliveries and ensuring all stock is up to date and fully stocked.
- Being a proactive point of contact during days when board meetings or clients are on site.
- Act as a fire marshall and first aider (training will be provided)
- Maintaining Facilities policies and standard operating procedures to ensure they are relevant and up to date.
- Oversee a managed services inbox - answering queries and providing updates where required
- Preparing the opening and closing of the post
- Coordinating meeting bookings and appointments in the building
Ideally you will have had previous experience of working within facilities, maintenance or office coordination. They are looking for an individual who is proactive and can integrate well within a team quickly due to to the amount of stakeholders you will deal with.The role will be based on site 5 days a week in Sheffield City Centre.
