Business Development Manager
Field-Based (Sheffield)£25,000 - £28,000 + Company Car & Commission (OTE £35,000-£50,000)
Elevation Recruitment is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join a well-established family-run business in the Waste sector. As part of a dynamic sales team, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth across Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and other lead generation methods.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by managing your own sales pipeline.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments.
- Utilise CRM system to track and manage leads effectively.
- Support the Sales Manager and collaborate with colleagues on various sales-related tasks.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven sales experience, ideally within the Waste Management sector.
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in contracted services.
- Resilient attitude and ability to handle objections
- Confident using online platforms and social media for prospecting.
- Excellent communication skills, confident, and persistence
- Team player with a positive and ambitious "can do" attitude.
- Self-motivated and determined to go the extra mile to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (preferred).
- Full UK driving license
