If you possess a passion for customer service, strong leadership capabilities, and ideally have knowledge of export processes, we want to hear from you!
Customer Service Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the customer service team, ensuring high standards of performance and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement effective customer service policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Production, and Quality Assurance, to ensure seamless customer support.
- Coordinate with international shipping and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Stay updated on international trade regulations and ensure all export activities comply with legal requirements.
- Manage customer accounts and orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Work to identify and implement process improvements
- Monitor and analyse customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members
- Prepare and present reports on customer service operations to senior management.
Customer Service Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a fast paced Manufacturing environment
- Customer focused
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ideally, knowledge of export processes and regulations
